okbeet Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the okbeet website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible at okbeet.org.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a valid okbeet account and is accessing the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their okbeet Account for the purpose of wagering on games and sports markets.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited by okbeet to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations before withdrawals above specified thresholds may be processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "AMLA" means the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all regulations issued thereunder.

By accessing, browsing, or using the okbeet Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by: (a) the okbeet Privacy Policy; (b) the Responsible Gaming Policy; (c) individual game rules published within the Platform's game lobby; and (d) specific bonus and promotion terms published at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

okbeet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

To be eligible to register an okbeet Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis while your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a legal resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okbeet, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by okbeet or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory body;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person;
• You have not previously had an okbeet Account closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active okbeet Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with all balances (including winnings) subject to forfeiture.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes. okbeet is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okbeet Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. okbeet will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.

You must notify okbeet immediately via the support channel if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. okbeet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

okbeet reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or whenever there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or irregular activity. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of Philippine residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by okbeet may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed to the Platform's satisfaction.

okbeet reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion with reasonable notice, subject to returning any verified Real Money Balance to the Player via the original deposit method, except where closure is due to a breach of these terms, in which case balances may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All financial transactions on the okbeet Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). okbeet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their bank or payment provider are solely the Player's responsibility.

Approved deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (deposits only), and Cebuana (deposits only). okbeet does not accept cash deposits or deposits via unverified third-party accounts.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted at okbeet's discretion. High-value Players may contact the VIP support team to request adjusted transaction limits subject to enhanced KYC verification.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. okbeet aims to process withdrawal requests within the timelines published in the Cashier section; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, or when additional verification is required.

okbeet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer.

General conditions applicable to all okbeet bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have a fully registered and verified okbeet Account;
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unused Bonus Funds expire upon the deadline and cannot be reinstated;
• Bonus Funds may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Wagering on excluded games does not contribute to wagering requirements;
• Maximum withdrawal from Bonus Funds winnings may be capped at an amount specified in individual promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the cap are not eligible for withdrawal;
• okbeet reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to eligible Players;
• Any indication of Bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or exploitation of errors, will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and all associated winnings.

All games available on the okbeet Platform — including slots, live dealer games, video poker (including Jacks or Better), Mahjong Ways 2, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules published within each game's interface or in the Platform's Help section.

All slot and random number generator (RNG) games use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. okbeet does not alter game outcomes in favour of the Platform. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error during a game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round using the last confirmed game state. Where this is not technically possible, the wager for the affected round will be refunded to the Player's Account balance. okbeet's decision regarding the resolution of any disputed game round is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.

Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. okbeet reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any Account at its discretion where there is evidence of professional or systematic wagering activity that exceeds normal recreational player behaviour.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbeet Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false identity or on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform security measures;
• Colluding with other Players in card games, live dealer games, or any other game format where collusion would confer an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain winnings or Bonus Funds that would not have been obtained in normal gameplay;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with okbeet customer support;
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy, or any other technology to mask your true location or circumvent geographic access restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing okbeet staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the okbeet Platform — including but not limited to the okbeet brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of okbeet or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any content accessed through the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of okbeet's intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

okbeet collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okbeet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with: payment processors for the purpose of processing transactions; regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by law; and identity verification service providers for KYC purposes. All third-party data processors engaged by okbeet are contractually required to maintain data security standards consistent with applicable Philippine law.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by okbeet, subject to legal retention obligations. Requests should be directed to the okbeet Data Protection Officer via the contact information in Section 16.

okbeet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are free to use and can be activated immediately from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum net loss amounts;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at intervals you specify during active gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Decreases to deposit or loss limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

okbeet is committed to complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines and cooperates with the PAGCOR self-exclusion programme. Players who are concerned about their gambling behaviour are encouraged to seek support through appropriate channels.

Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please seek help immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbeet's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okbeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings or anticipated profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; or any other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

okbeet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbeet is not liable for losses resulting from Internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the okbeet Platform, the following procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact the okbeet support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Most queries can be resolved at this stage within 48 hours;
2. Formal Complaint: If the initial support response does not resolve your dispute, you may submit a formal written complaint to the okbeet Compliance Team. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 5 business days and resolved within 30 calendar days, or you will be updated on progress;
3. Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following the formal complaint process, you may escalate to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. okbeet will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.

All disputes must be raised within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims raised after this period will not be considered. okbeet's decision on all disputes is final and binding, subject only to override by the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.

okbeet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — okbeet will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account, and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a term, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

The version of these Terms & Conditions that was in effect at the time a specific transaction or event occurred shall govern any dispute relating to that transaction or event, except where a subsequent amendment specifically states that it applies retroactively.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the procedure set out in Section 13 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.

The failure of okbeet to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by okbeet in writing.
